For Employers
Supplement your wellness offering with a resource that male employees will actually use
You have a problem
Whether you have already invested heavily in mental health programs for your employees, or you’re just getting started, you’re more than likely having a very hard time supporting your male employees.
Because they can’t relate to or aren’t interested in the resources available to them, you’re looking at serious risks across untreated stress, anxiety, and depression — as well as issues with healthcare costs, productivity, absenteeism, and retention.
An answer long overdue

Made by men for men
After years of research and developing new concepts hand-in-hand with over 100 men across diverse population sets, we created a new model that men can relate to, find approachable and interesting, and will actually engage with.
Pilot Program
We conducted a pilot program to test the efficacy of our model. Based on our validation and feedback, we refined our product, rebranded to ensure clear & compelling messaging for users, finalized our app, and prepared for Launch.
Launch
We began partnering with employer organizations, men’s groups, and provider organizations to help deliver a differentiated wellness option that could make a real difference for their employees, patients, and members.
How It Works
What your employees get
Coach Matching
We match clients with a private mental health coach, who is a licensed therapist with deep experience in a coaching capacity.
Kickoff
Clients have a conversational 45 minute call with their coach to provide an introduction and assessment, build a set of clear goals, and establish an action plan.
The Daily
Clients can then access the Wingman app where they will send messages to their Coach, receive a personalized end-of-day 1-2 minute video (M-F), track tangible progress, and use meditation features.
Full Check-ins
Clients can schedule quick 30-minute phone or video calls with their coach at a frequency that works for their personal schedules. This is a great time to ask any bigger questions, talk through progress, and fine tune goals.
Let’s look at the stats
Why Better Support For Men In The Workplace Matters

Why choose Wingman?
There are plenty of women-focused EAP resources out there, but there is a critical gap in support tailored towards men’s unique health & well-being challenges. Wingman offers the ability for employers to address their blindspot in effectively supporting the wellness of men in the organization.
The problem with many other alternative support options is that they are rarely aligned with proven, safe, and evidence-based behavioral health best practices. In choosing Wingman, you are connecting employees with experienced mental health coaches who are also licensed as behavioral health therapists. This is a new model that provides the best of both worlds for your team.

Michael Pund
Founder
“After building community-based mental health programs for years — while also seeing the challenges of family and friends — I knew that there had to be a way to makes things easier.
I am on a mission to simplify the equation around mental health — to create an option that is genuinely approachable, relatable, and fits into our busy lives.”
”As a clinical psychologist & practice owner for over 25 years, I know all too well that therapy is not always the easiest starting point — especially for men.
With Wingman, I believe that we can offer an innovative & much needed support option that can be an incredible standalone option for men as well as a step-up or step-down option for therapy.”
